Love it, I think I'm going to buy a very high end system just to strip off Windows and add Slackware. Fuck you Microshit :mrgreen: I will be triple booting 98 SE, Slackware and WinXP.

Hm... 1GB, it won't work for 7. Windows 8.1 would work better I think. I run Windows Server 2012 R2 with 2GB all smooth.

I fried the motherboard on my old Dell C610 Latitude. I was able to salvage all other parts. I also had a Dell C600 Latitude which I replaced with another C610 motherboard. Now I have 2 C610 Latitudes. One runs at 1.2 ghz with 1gb ram and the other 1.0 ghz with 1gb ram. I will dual-boot Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows XP SP3 on the 1.0 board. I want to run Windows 7 on the 1.2 board. Will it run ok, or should I use a Linux distro? I don't have a lot of time atm to be experimenting. If not, because the boards are identical, I might just keep it as a dual-boot back up system. I've been buying hardware that has Win98 drivers so I can run it as long as possible.
