Why didn't Microsoft fight it out in court against BSkyB to retain their SkyDrive moniker? BSkyB is a broadcasting company and SkyDrive is a file hosting service. They are vastly different. You can't trademark the name "sky", when the services don't resemble each other in any way. What's next, trademarking the term "grass"?
Anyway, lots of people online were making fun of MS by calling it "SpyDrive". I think Microsoft came to their senses and made the right move. OneDrive is a lot better.
