Hm, no. Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 is a seprate download. The "Hyper-V" which comes with the "Windows Server 2012 R2" is different, like a module inside it which you install and activate.
I personally never installed the barebone Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 but I reckon, it's probably an ISO file which you boot with and install the barebone hypervisor on the server.
