PHP 7.1.1 version

PHP SQL SVR 4.0 the driver was not loaded correctly.

The official release is not supporting PHP7.1 yet, but there is a preview build that can be loaded by PHP7.1. see this bug report: https://github.com/Microsoft/msphpsql/issues/193

PHP+MSSQL: Works with 7.0.9. Tried both x64 and x86. I have updated the original post with the new files, links and information. :thumbup: :clap:

However, our forum software phpBB version 3.1.9 does NOT support PHP 7.x right now so we are still using the PHP 5.6.x. :problem:
