I think this is from that NatGeo TV show about brain games. Some of them are pretty neat.
Some are very lame though because they use renders from digital modeling and then ask you to "determine which way it is pointing" and other things and conclude the brain is playing tricks, but the limited available information to your eyes from their rigged example images is actually to blame. They also spend a lot of time with magicians tricks ( and even explaining them! ).
They do have some interesting things now and then, but I get the feeling that the show was rushed, has a lack of substance and fills the majority of remaining space with whatever they can find, usually computer images, which we in the trade have already been messing around with for decades.
A better show would be one designed for people by the people that exposes stupid products and their interfaces as well as the general collapse of quality and common sense everywhere. I would make Windows annoyances a regular feature in every episode!
