Fool's design.

Office 2013 - Move me by my shadow.

They [Microsoft] made the window borders thicker so the user could grab them easier with the mouse. In Office 2013, the thick window borders will not help you because in order to resize a window, you must grab it by its shadow. Office 2013, designed by fools.
