Microsoft SQL Server Express - There be fools inside that.

Why install a tool or make something visible IF YOU CANNOT USE IT?

If you are not allowed to use the "Integration Services packages in SQL Server Data Tools" (SSDT) in the express edition, why install it? Why make it visible to the user? That's right! There be fools inside those SQL servers.
