Super tiny buttons of Outlook.

Believe it or not, that small "thing", is a button! Not only that, it has different functionalities depending on what kind of window is opened in Outlook.

What are they gonna do for an encore I wonder? What's left that they can ruin?

It is hideous and aesthetically unusable. It is like an draft copy passed around meetings that get sharpie markup notes by devs and managers. If you told me it was a alpha version mock-up I would believe you.
