Moronic icons in a support ticket system.
You would think, that icon means a "minus/bad rating" ...but SURPRISE! It's not! It actually clears your rating!
But wait! The madness doesn't end there.
If you choose to give a 5 star maximum rating to a ticket... SURPRISE AGAIN! The stars turn RED!
A double surprise in one day should be enough for anybody!
