Here is another one I just found. In Windows Server 2008 R2, the "Delete folder" icon for "Task Scheduler".

I almost deleted the entire folder full of tasks instead of refreshing! *lol* :lol:

That one, "Delete Folder", is stunningly stupid. Firing offense.

That idiot programmer should be identified by name and ridiculed by the public.
