Fool's design.

Windows reboot mania.

Deleting or compressing files that are no longer needed... needs a reboot. WHY?

If a file is open for write and locked from access, it's flagged to compress on the next reboot.

True but the "why" still remains because it is going to delete older versions of the files that are no longer needed or are in use.

Ps. The cat also remains! 8-) Without the cat, there can be no "why". Cats are essential parts of the "why"s. Each time a "why" is born, a cat tags along with it through its journey in life. *being philosophical* hehehhe
