Gameplay:

• Sandbox.
• A.I. money missions.
• Sunken treasures.
• Fully working ATMs.
• Gut feature.
• Vehicle save. (5 days)
• Vehicle lock.
• Your money and gear will synchronize on both servers.

Differences between one and two:

• ONE: clean map, no thermals, AA and AT costs are fair to pilots and matches the helicopter prices.
• TWO: verbose map, thermals, cheap AA and AT.

Rules:

• Don't cheat.
• Don't "hack".
