Did you run the test exactly as I described?
If you did, there would be 5 areas of differences.
1. Your mod at offset 0x3D.
2. A small signature at 0xFFFC.
3. The large signature at 0x10380.
4. A 6 Byte Patch at 0x1ECB8.
5. A 20 Byte Patch at 0x2EE28.

I tested with the English Version but I don't think it matters.

All of the other Patches would be the same.
