I respect him and his work and therefore will not upload this file because i do not know whether he approves it or not.

I'm inclined to agree. I don't imagine he's given permission for anyone outside of himself and his distributor, and they don't make older versions available for download.
I don't understand a single word of Russian anyway so it would be a blind search that way.
