A few Youtube videos explaining different use scenarios might not be a bad idea (If you want to use IE 6, if you don't care about IE 6, a Lite 98 SE install, and how to handle the USB updates). Just an idea, take it for what it's worth.

Suppose service pack 3.32 is installed(or other antérious version), what should i do to install service pack 3.33 ?
Is there a way to only update prévious installation without reinstall all the package ?

You only need to install whatever has been updated. You don't have to install the whole package again.

They seem to have fixed the issue. It is working now.

OK, I downloaded U98SESP3.EXE and ran it but all it did was display a help file. I don't see any way to actually install the updates. What am I missing???

Please await PROBLEMCHYLD's response. In the meantime, you could give a little more information about for example your hardware setup.
