Looking @ PDH.DLL for NT4... I noticed that Microsoft provided an update for it on NT4. I'm NOT suggesting to use that version for the SP, I'm sure PROBLEMCHYLD likely already did his research. What I'm noting is that MS only provided an updated file for English. So, I'm thinking it's likely that either that file didn't need localized or MS was too lazy to do it (as-is the case with too many updates from those days).

Perhaps, however, I did not find the pdh.dll file, not even in English in any Spanish distribution of Windows NT 4.0 and I checked the distributions: Workstation, Server, Terminal Server, Enterprise Server, including their respective service packs.

Indeed, it is in the resource kit which apparently only exists in English.

The only other possibility I can think of is the Platform SDK. Even if it's included there, it's likely to be English too. I suppose there's a small possibility that there might be code for it.

For clarity, I'm strongly suggesting you roll with the English file, try to test it and only do something about it if it's absolutely necessary.
