I think this is very normal note though, many speakers have such notes, so that the interview goes smooth, imho people make too big deal of this. Young or old doesn't matter, such notes are fully normal and common for conference speakers etc.
Either way, I'm not into politics at all, never cared, never will care.
Oh, I realize that this sort of thing likely isn't uncommon, a guide if you will. I can see this especially if you're having all kinds of meetings in a short period of time, mentioning names, etc. I think 'YOU take YOUR seat' is a bit over the top, however.
