Kinda amusing, my quest to find high-res, high-quality images kicked off with that Highway4K image. I saw someone using it as a background in a video and thought it was really cool, obviously took a while to find the source. I guess what I learned by tracking it down has paid off in tracking down others. Literally, there good wallpapers everywhere.
Obviously, that Highway4K is still a favorite. Of the more recent images I've posted, that image of the cows grazing high above the shoreline from Valentin Pacaut is certainly a fav. I believe that was taken in Normandy. The close-ups of the insects are kinda cool too.

I used to have a larger image. I forget whether it came from southpark.com, comedycentral.com maybe southparkstudios.com... Once upon a time they had a avatar maker...
Regarding the avatar with my account here, I was having trouble. seems it will only accept GIFs?
