dis·be·lief

noun
noun: disbelief

I visited Google News tonight and opened the Technology section. Just happened to glance over to the left and noticed the Editor's Picks.

Opening the link that I'm pointing to above, takes me to a winbeta.org article telling me how much apps can be purchased for in 'Windows Phone Store and Windows Store'.

I'm not at all shocked that winbeta considers this worth posting. I'm am in disbelief that this was considered worthy of being on the first page of Google's news site. Are my standards impossibly high? I'm imagining buying a newspaper with a headline:

Local Store Sells Canned Peas for 75 Cents

Google News has been turning slowly to ass for the last year or so.

I still haven't found an adequate replacement, except perhaps for http://www.newslookup.com/

Your own mileage may vary.
