What operating system do you run on that thing? Windows 98 I think it was? Maybe time to retire that old thing? How many GB space do you use for your Web site? Maybe you could host it over here at this server? I could setup an FTP account and you just point the DNS and it's done. Free of charge, of course.

Ps. ...and keep your server as a mirror only, in case I drop dead.

You could use this: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=3415 to keep things mirrored between the two servers.

I'll stick to my own hardware, having local network and physical access is a requirement so any external solutions can only be the mirrors lol. There's WinME now, I switched to it a while ago, and hardware has seen upgrades too, and still takes under 50W in full load. Not bad for a no cost solution lol (ignoring electricity and internet bill but this stuff piggybacks on other daily activities anyway).

Website itself is I think 12GB, I cannot check right now as I'm not at home (in Norway, visiting the GF and her family) and I have disabled any sort of accesses outside local network. Of course there's whole bunch of other stuff too that you could call dark web, multiple hundred GBytes but that stuff isn't accessible over the internet.

https isn't gonna happen until I have stuff like logins and whatnot, a need to protect the private information during transit. That isn't gonna happen anytime soon.
