Tell me, how do I add money to my server, for example on my character

You must go to "MySQL Workbench" and open the database in there. I have installed it for you in the server. There is a database "a3wasteland" and a table inside it called "playerinfo".
There you can edit the field and put any amount you need in it. See my character in the "playerinfo", I put 20000000 in my ATM. Also, after altering the value, don't forget to press "Apply" to save it to the table.
Be careful when you mess in that database because if you alter the wrong things, you need to rebuild the entire database and the mission breaks completely and must be reset from scratch again.

how ''active'' the parking in Altis Wasteland? when i open this, in map show the parking markers but dont have the parking lol

About the parkings, I have personally disabled it so I never used it but I can test it locally later this week and will let you know. The question is, does the Arma community really need yet another empty server?
If you are "noob" to scripting, I would suggest you just come to our place. Bring your team too! We have now our own great server which is ArmaSoldiers.com. Come join us there. We need players! (ArmaSoldiers.com)
