Doesnt work... i have tried 7 times with a fresh install of 98se plus my drivers. reboot every time i have installed something. i even used several versions of SP3. first v3.64, v3.34 and v3.24. i tried only select the win2000 theme, but there is still no toolbar icons/buttons in colors.. its frustrating me.
Oh well i guess thats why. i have used a seperate IE6 installer haha. i will take alook at it later
I smash right into a blank screen after extraction.
First I installed IE6.0SP1 which also gave me a blank screen after reboot and updating system settings but otherwise seemed to install ok. Then I installed DirectX 9.0c which gave no problems. Then after the automatic extraction of U98SESP3 3.64 I get another black screen.
No other software other than Nusb33 has been installed on this fresh copy of W98SE. Any suggestions?

Hey problemchyld,
Will you include the unofficial 2008 visual c++ runtime into your service pack? While I tested on Windows ME, I noticed it was often forgotten about by developers despite being extremely useful with KernelEx.

I have another question: what did you use to build the service pack? I'm hoping to potentially build one for ME, if that's possible.
Thank you for your time!
