The point of all that being, that Netgate didn't want to admit the code was bad because they already shipped a product.

I might get a Mac and say fuck it. Microsoft and Linux are fucking around. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft paid them researchers to sabotage linux kernel. The linux devs are accountable as well for being naive. Fucking cesspool
