I had to search the band's name, song just popped up in my head:

That was the band's big hit back in the early 90s.

I also recalled their less popular "Age of Loneliness":

I think some of the stuff on Slay Radio reminds me of their music.

In my opinion the best song Suzanne Vega ever did:

There is a VEVO version with the actual video, those haircuts will make you laugh:

Yeah, I'm feeling nostalgic,

I think there was only one song on this album, I didn't care for. Her cover of One Moment to Another is pretty good too:

Okay, a few more from one of my favorite bands INXS. It's kinda funny to me that I really enjoyed a lot of their music after the band's popularity began to falter, although the loss of Hutchence was more than I think the band could handle:

For some reason, I never listened to INXS much. These aren't bad at all. Perhaps I should do a retry on INXS.

I do think that as "artists" the band "grew" after 'Kick'. 'X' was much better in my opinion. 'Welcome to Wherever You Are', I'd place on just about equal footing with 'X' and you could see they were trying some new things. Things went a little downhill with 'Full Moon, Dirty Hearts', but there's a number of good tracks there. By the time the last album the band released with Hutchence as the lead singer, 'Elegantly Wasted' was released I think his issues, drugs, et cetra -- it was pretty much over. Don't particularly care for 'Elegantly Wasted'.

Bennison (aka Fortune), certainly wasn't a bad singer:

Still, no Hutchence.

If you can't tell, there's a bit of a common thread take the songs, Out There, Back Online, Return to Innonence and this one:

Besides all being well-written and performed, they all have what I'd call a hopeful message. I'm glad that someone else enjoys them too.

@Steven W,

It's simple. All you need is the value of the "v" variables, which in this case is "pMhfbLRoGEw".

Instead of:

Code: Select all

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pMhfbLRoGEw

You do:

Code: Select all

[youtubebyvideoid]pMhfbLRoGEw[/youtubebyvideoid]
