I've noticed that the downloads (exe and zip files) tend to get a lot of traction. I don't know how much of it is legit, though. Lotta looky-loos at the stupid mod of apps.inf I did for VBEMP9x. I've noticed there's quite a bit of downloads of the MDAC 2.8SP1 under the Win2K dump and, obviously, lotta downloads of PC's Unofficial SP.
Eh, trying to sort my thoughts here, I know what you mean by 'died'. The porn and cussing thing has been brought up before and my views on it have kinda changed. I don't know that I would get rid of them. You'd most likely end up with updoot-seeking (aka digging for likes), send-money-to-patreon, join-us-on-Disocrd fucktardery that goes on basically everywhere else.

Internet died years and years ago anyway. I think I did good, I think this is the or one of the cleanest neatest forums on the entire Internet. Sadly, it failed to get traction. 
Although, those wallpapers you (Steven W) posted, they get a lot of views. Kind'a cool. 
I don't remember, if you were for or against allowing porn here? Well, I was more like, it's not a place to post porn but sometimes, it's fun to post some junk meme or something, it's annoying to get banned over it. I mean, we're all adults here, well, more than just adults, we're adults AND OLD.
