You have accidentally (I presume) duplicated the file extension for v3.27, so it's [...].exe.EXE, however the regular HTTP download link does not provide the final extension therefore the download won't work as is. Luckily I noticed the difference and added the second extension manually in FlashGet so now I can download it.
You may wanna add the second extension to the direct download link or - when there's no traffic on that file - just rename the file removing the redundant second extension (and also modify the attachment link and text). I'm currently downloading and it will take about 1.5h to finish.

Thank you for those kind words. 3.28 is ready. I updated Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) and added 39 fonts from Windows 2003 Server. I'll release this version later next month. 3.27 should be a starting point for all users.
