Russia and China have decided to establish a new joint credit rating agency modeled on similar existing agencies, Russia's Finance Minister Anton Siluanov announced Tuesday.
Currently on a visit to China, Siluanov said in a press release that the two countries wanted the new agency's ratings to be apolitical.
That's a pretty big news. I hope no big war starts.

Congressman was executed and replaced by robot body double, failed opponent claims: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/congressman-executed-replaced-robot-body-3784336What the hell?
A US congressman was replaced by a lookalike robot after being hanged in a televised execution in southern Ukraine, according to his failed election challenger.
Timothy Ray Murray, who unsuccessfully opposed congressman Frank Lucas in last week's Oklahoma Republican primary, made the astonishing claim on his website.
He says he will be contesting the election and demands Lucas' votes be transferred to him, because "it is widely known Rep. Frank D. Lucas is no longer alive."
In his statement, Murray is careful to make clear that he is, in fact, a human being.
He also says: "I will NEVER use [an] Artificial Intelligence lookalike to voice what The Representative's Office is doing nor own a robot look alike.
"The world knows the truth," he continued. "And we must always share the truth."
Alleged robot Lucas won Tuesday's election with 82% of the vote, compared to 5.2% of Oklahomans who voted for genuine human being Murray.
Lucas told local TV news station KFOR: "It does come as kind of a shock to read that you're not you...Many things have been said about me, said to me during course of my campaigns. This is the first time I've ever been accused of being a body double or a robot"
In a press release, Murray goes into great detail on his theory that Lucas and "a few other Oklahoma and other states' Congressional members" were hanged in a televised execution by the 'World Court' in southern Ukraine "on or about Jan. 11, 2011."
Lucas, who represented Oklahoma in congress for 20 years told KFOR: "I've never been to Ukraine."
On his website, Murray lists among his career achievements the blocking of a plan to place people on a Starship without their knowledge, and a plot to illegally implant a mind control chip in every person on earth.
His policies include delivering a balanced budget and providing protection for Agriculture.
Murray ran for Congress in the 2012 general election, winning the nomination of the Democratic party. In that election he won 20% of the overall vote.

Hmm, must have involved some rather extensive plastic surgery:
Reminds me of the claims of Gabrielle Chana.

Some nice Russians remembered Obama's birthday. They celebrated with a laser light show on the US Embassy in Moscow:

Haha Coneheads rock!
Yeah, I saw that banana thing... I didn't find it funny... not sure if they made fun of him being black or maybe they suggest that he is also gay? Such a mess with wars. Why can't we all just get along.

I wish I spoke the language and could easily verify this.

I'll give the Ukrainians some credit here, instead of trying to deny their history, they're opening up some of it for the world to see:http://www.ibtimes.com/ukraines-parliam ... ic-1876756
Shortly after voting to ban both Nazi and Soviet imagery, Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, voted to open up the country's archive of Soviet-era KGB files to the public, which could reveal decades' worth of information on secret arrests, "disappearings" and the intricate operations of Ukraine's KGB wing. The bill passed with 261 of parliament's roughly 420 members in favor.
Under the bill, titled "On access to the archives of the repressive organs of the communist totalitarian regime during 1917-1991," the information would be transferred to the Institute of National Remembrance and be declassified. Reacting to the news, some social media users talked about their hopes of finding information on relatives who were persecuted by the Ukrainian KGB during the Cold War. The public will be able to submit requests for information to the Institute of National Remembrance.
But, at the same time:
Dealing with Nazi imagery may prove to be an easier task than dealing with Soviet imagery. Hundreds of statutes, memorials and Soviet symbols pepper Ukrainian cities, and according to a lawmaker supporting the bill, they would all have to be taken down.
All Soviet "symbols including five-pointed stars and hammers and sickles ... disappear from the streets of Ukrainian cities," said Yuriy Lutsenko, who belongs to the Petro Poroshenko Bloc. He added that those images are "equivalent" to swastikas.

Viktoria Nuland? "Highly estimated your job" -- That sounds illegitimate. I'm leaning toward fake now, sorry to have wasted anyone's time.
