I don't have time to listen to all of this now, but this could potentially be very interesting:

Comments regarding have even made it into mainstream media:

Segarra found a culture in which regulators were cozy with the banks they worked with and where managers were loath to say or do anything that might upset them.

Welcome to the American regulatory system, ladies and gentlemen! May comment more when I have the time.

I've never heard of the first site you linked to, and it looks like it's a total left-wing news outlet so obviously it's not news. Secondly, I skipped through the podcast and instead of actually hearing the "secret recordings", I heard two talking heads; two people I had no interested in hearing. I really see no story here, because if there really were it'd be all over the news. It's just another grasping attempt by the media trying to make a story out of nothing.

You know MasterOne, perhaps instead of making snap judgments (like you always do), you could actually listen to the whole thing and then comment. I'm listening to part of now. The reporters are laying out context (for the benefit of us that don't already know everything), speaking with Carmen and throwing in bits of the recordings here and there. So what if there is a slight left-lean to the site?
