Hey Problemchyld i had this servicepack on my pc 4 days ago, my hdd went toast sadly...
Now i have reinstalled it buut now i am only missing the colored icons in folder and such... i loved the look...
Can you tell me how i get them back again? is it something else i have to install on top of SP3? what am i missing, is it an older version maybe?
Its a year ago when i first installed it so i do not remember if i did anything else...
Here is a picture of your screenshot to illustrate the icons i mean.
Hope you know what to do

I have looked through the option list in u98sesp.exe again and i dont see anything named Icon patch.. i can only find the Windows 2000 theme..
Another thing is that i cannot install this with more than 16 colors. so after the installation i switch to truecolor. does that affect it?
